		<description><![CDATA[松以求紧，沉以求稳，松与沉重在感应，任何拳法都是无桩不立。以下以太极拳无极桩(也叫混元桩)为例讲一讲如何在站桩中做到“松沉”。 无极桩要求站桩者“沉肘松肩，舌抵上颚，虚灵顶劲，意守丹田……”，其实口诀在于感悟的深化，做起来其实也简单。 首先把架势做的正确，然后感受身体的部位，其实所谓的气，可以理解为人的精神力所引发的生理磁场，也就是说才开始只是幻想，然后幻想地多了，精神力(再通俗点说就是注意力)集中的身体部位就会引动神经脉冲所形成的磁场进行变化，渐渐凝聚成丝，汇聚成流，遍布全身，久之才会意动而气动。 回到原题，如何松，想其松，不想其自然松，松肩当感应地心引力，任其吸引，肩之重，承于身，身之重，承于腿，腿之重，承于大地，如何沉，感应大地的引力自然沉，气散则松，气聚则沉。 太极拳的要领是重气不重力，也不代表就是没力，而是以气引力，力的有无在于气之散聚，气之散聚在于意之所动。这就是所谓的意气相合，气力相生。其实各流派也有不同见解，就不多赘述了! 简单说，就是你的注意力。或者自然静立或者躺在地上时，什么都不想，感觉身体的状态，这就是松，手提重物，手臂内侧的感应就是沉……松沉本身就是意会的概念，所以完全口述也说不清了，多体会吧! &#160;<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

		<description><![CDATA[习练太极拳一般有三阶段，即柔顺阶段、沉着阶段和虚灵阶段。而在柔顺阶段，首先要解决的矛盾就是在去掉拙力僵劲的同时培养和建立柔顺之劲。应从“松沉”入手来解决这一矛盾。 所谓松沉，就是放松之中有沉坠的意思。首先是放松松开，使全身内外、四肢百骸、筋韧皮肉尽可能地放松松弛;松外就是身肢放长、伸筋拔骨、肌腱拉长、筋肉离骨、骨节开张，使经脉舒顺通畅，丝毫无滞。譬如地下之沟渠，不塞而水行;输送之管道，不堵而流通;人体之经络，不闭而气通。 如何操作呢?操作在心，心想放松，则全身内外无不放松;心想松开，则筋肉竹节无不松开。操作的诀窍在意气贯注经穴。经络犹如山谷中之通道，山川间之河流;经穴则犹如城镇和村寨，依靠通道和河流相互通达，经穴是内气流行最活跃、最敏感之处。位于骨节之处的经穴谓节窍，是内气人于骨髓的窍门。 意气贯注经穴就是意想各节的节窍，如意想肩的节窍(肩井穴)放松松开，久之则肩关节自然放松松开;意想肘的节窍(曲池穴)放松松开，久之则肘关节自然放松松开;意想胯的节窍(环跳穴)放松松开，久之则胯关节自然放松松开;意想胸的节窍(膻中穴)放松松开，久之则胸自然放松松开，等等。 以此类推，以意想窍，循窍而行，日日贯注，昼夜贯输，则筋肉自然离骨，骨节自然开张，达到放松松开的效果。又由于“意为气头，气随意行”的作用，所以在意想节窍放松松开的同时，内气由节窍人于骨髓之中，节节贯注，而又出于骨缝，充于肌肤，通于经络，达于四梢，则放松之中有沉着，久之便能达到松沉的效果。 另外，周身内外上下除顶劲虚领、舌舐上腭和会阴上提外，其余各部位都要有向下放松沉坠之意，如沉肩坠肘、胸空腹实、塌腰敛臀、坐胯屈膝、气沉丹田、上虚下实等等。不论是站桩、定式，还是在周身运动时，都要想着放松松开沉坠，例如两手领臂向上松虚棚领时，手臂各节既要放松松开，手臂之阴面又要在沉肩坠肘、腰劲下沉的同时而有向下沉坠的意思。 如此功行日久，不仅拙力僵劲自去，柔顺之劲亦会油然而生。非软非硬，非轻非重，顺之劲即以心内中和之气，行如柔水，流畅通贯周身内外，盘绕回旋，缓缓流淌，无停无滞，无间无断，日积月累，年复一年，而成太极柔韧之劲。柔中而有沉着，则外形似柔而内中有刚，功行日久，刚从柔中生出。 所以，由松沉入手求柔顺是初习太极拳者去掉拙力僵劲，进入柔顺阶段，培养太极柔韧内劲的关键和方法。 &#160;<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>习练太极拳一般有三阶段，即柔顺阶段、沉着阶段和虚灵阶段。而在柔顺阶段，首先要解决的矛盾就是在去掉拙力僵劲的同时培养和建立柔顺之劲。应从“松沉”入手来解决这一矛盾。<span id="more-150"></span></p>
<p>所谓松沉，就是放松之中有沉坠的意思。首先是放松松开，使全身内外、四肢百骸、筋韧皮肉尽可能地放松松弛;松外就是身肢放长、伸筋拔骨、肌腱拉长、筋肉离骨、骨节开张，使经脉舒顺通畅，丝毫无滞。譬如地下之沟渠，不塞而水行;输送之管道，不堵而流通;人体之经络，不闭而气通。</p>
<p>如何操作呢?操作在心，心想放松，则全身内外无不放松;心想松开，则筋肉竹节无不松开。操作的诀窍在意气贯注经穴。经络犹如山谷中之通道，山川间之河流;经穴则犹如城镇和村寨，依靠通道和河流相互通达，经穴是内气流行最活跃、最敏感之处。位于骨节之处的经穴谓节窍，是内气人于骨髓的窍门。</p>
<p>意气贯注经穴就是意想各节的节窍，如意想肩的节窍(肩井穴)放松松开，久之则肩关节自然放松松开;意想肘的节窍(曲池穴)放松松开，久之则肘关节自然放松松开;意想胯的节窍(环跳穴)放松松开，久之则胯关节自然放松松开;意想胸的节窍(膻中穴)放松松开，久之则胸自然放松松开，等等。</p>
<p>以此类推，以意想窍，循窍而行，日日贯注，昼夜贯输，则筋肉自然离骨，骨节自然开张，达到放松松开的效果。又由于“意为气头，气随意行”的作用，所以在意想节窍放松松开的同时，内气由节窍人于骨髓之中，节节贯注，而又出于骨缝，充于肌肤，通于经络，达于四梢，则放松之中有沉着，久之便能达到松沉的效果。</p>
<p>另外，周身内外上下除顶劲虚领、舌舐上腭和会阴上提外，其余各部位都要有向下放松沉坠之意，如沉肩坠肘、胸空腹实、塌腰敛臀、坐胯屈膝、气沉丹田、上虚下实等等。不论是站桩、定式，还是在周身运动时，都要想着放松松开沉坠，例如两手领臂向上松虚棚领时，手臂各节既要放松松开，手臂之阴面又要在沉肩坠肘、腰劲下沉的同时而有向下沉坠的意思。</p>
<p>如此功行日久，不仅拙力僵劲自去，柔顺之劲亦会油然而生。非软非硬，非轻非重，顺之劲即以心内中和之气，行如柔水，流畅通贯周身内外，盘绕回旋，缓缓流淌，无停无滞，无间无断，日积月累，年复一年，而成太极柔韧之劲。柔中而有沉着，则外形似柔而内中有刚，功行日久，刚从柔中生出。</p>
<p>所以，由松沉入手求柔顺是初习太极拳者去掉拙力僵劲，进入柔顺阶段，培养太极柔韧内劲的关键和方法。</p>

		<description><![CDATA[大凡初学太极拳者，都会遇到这么几个普遍存在的问题：譬如，学什么拳好?怎么找老师?能不能自学?太极拳对身体的好处到底有多大?是不是练了太极拳就百病不侵了?太极拳到底有多厉害?是否有传说的那么神?怎样使自己成为高手?……等等。下面就给初学者提几个小小的建议。仅供参考! 一、“学什么拳好?” 对于太极拳本身而言，各拳种没有好与坏之分。只有适合不适合自己一说。建议： 初学者先不要盲目的马上着手学，先到处去看看，多观察、多留心，判断一下到 底哪个拳种较适 合自己。要根据自己的身体素质、性格特征来选择。其实选择什 么拳种并不重要，关键是要适合自己。 二、“是不是会的花样越多就证明本事越大?” 初学者一般看到的多数情况是：一些队伍花样繁多，拳、剑、刀、扇一应俱全，就觉得如果自己比别人学的少好象就是一件挺没面子的事。建议：“少而精”“勿贪多”。 三、“是不是我练了太极拳就能百病不侵了?” 太极拳对身体的调节是从内部循序渐进的进行的。它可以增强人体的自身免疫力，并辅助性配合治疗一些慢性疾病。但并不意味着它可以代替药物。更不能指望用太极拳来作为“保护伞”。建议：“科学健身”。减少患病机率，增加机体免疫力。 四、“一时找不到老师，自学能行吗?” 这也是初学者最常遇到的问题，其因素有二： 1、周围确实没有练太极拳的; 2、尤其是年轻人，顾及面子，怕别人说“跟着老头老太太能混出什么来?”。但是自己还想学;还有的觉得“我悟性好，不信我自学不成”，更有甚者就想“如果有一天我一出门，别人一看，哇，多日不见，原来你还有这么一手啊?”顿时虚荣心得到了满足;再加上现在的书和光盘铺天盖地，确实给大家提供了不少方便。 自学不是完全不可能，但同时出偏差的机率也会相应增加。自学最多只能练个外形，而内在的东西还是必须要有老师言传身教的。建议：短暂的自学也未尝不可，但最终还是要找个老师手把手的教。 五、“太极拳到底有多厉害?” 因为现在太极拳队伍当中以老年人居多，给人造成的误区就是“太极拳不就是老年人锻炼身体用的嘛?”其实不然，太极拳本身属于武术范畴，武术的本质就是“技击”。太极拳为内家拳之首，其技击含义更胜一筹。建议：要想亲身体验太极拳的技击奥妙，就让自己“迷”到传统太极拳里，终身收益。 六、“我想快速成为太极拳高手” 古有“太极十年不出门”一说，再快也要等三、五年，而且前提条件是：良师+独特的训练方法+训练时间+悟性+自身素质建议：“慢功出细活”。和平年代，高手也常发愁总用不上。 （来源网络，原作者佚名） &#160;<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>大凡初学太极拳者，都会遇到这么几个普遍存在的问题：譬如，学什么拳好?怎么找老师?能不能自学?<a href="http://www.9con.org/taiji-easy/132.html" target="_blank">太极拳对身体的好处到底有多大</a>?是不是练了太极拳就百病不侵了?太极拳到底有多厉害?是否有传说的那么神?怎样使自己成为高手?……等等。下面就给初学者提几个小小的建议。仅供参考!<span id="more-141"></span></p>
<p><strong>一、“学什么拳好?”</strong></p>
<p>对于太极拳本身而言，各拳种没有好与坏之分。只有适合不适合自己一说。建议： 初学者先不要盲目的马上着手学，先到处去看看，多观察、多留心，判断一下到 底哪个拳种较适 合自己。要根据自己的身体素质、性格特征来选择。其实选择什 么拳种并不重要，关键是要适合自己。</p>
<p><strong>二、“是不是会的花样越多就证明本事越大?”</strong></p>
<p>初学者一般看到的多数情况是：一些队伍花样繁多，拳、剑、刀、扇一应俱全，就觉得如果自己比别人学的少好象就是一件挺没面子的事。建议：“少而精”“勿贪多”。</p>
<p><strong>三、“是不是我练了太极拳就能百病不侵了?”</strong></p>
<p>太极拳对身体的调节是从内部循序渐进的进行的。它可以增强人体的自身免疫力，并辅助性配合治疗一些慢性疾病。但并不意味着它可以代替药物。更不能指望用太极拳来作为“保护伞”。建议：“科学健身”。减少患病机率，增加机体免疫力。</p>
<p><strong>四、“一时找不到老师，自学能行吗?”</strong></p>
<p>这也是初学者最常遇到的问题，其因素有二：</p>
<p>1、周围确实没有练太极拳的;</p>
<p>2、尤其是年轻人，顾及面子，怕别人说“跟着老头老太太能混出什么来?”。但是自己还想学;还有的觉得“我悟性好，不信我自学不成”，更有甚者就想“如果有一天我一出门，别人一看，哇，多日不见，原来你还有这么一手啊?”顿时虚荣心得到了满足;再加上现在的书和光盘铺天盖地，确实给大家提供了不少方便。</p>
<p>自学不是完全不可能，但同时出偏差的机率也会相应增加。自学最多只能练个外形，而内在的东西还是必须要有老师言传身教的。建议：短暂的自学也未尝不可，但最终还是要找个老师手把手的教。</p>
<p><strong>五、“太极拳到底有多厉害?”</strong></p>
<p>因为现在太极拳队伍当中以老年人居多，给人造成的误区就是“太极拳不就是老年人锻炼身体用的嘛?”其实不然，太极拳本身属于武术范畴，武术的本质就是“技击”。太极拳为内家拳之首，其技击含义更胜一筹。建议：要想亲身体验太极拳的技击奥妙，就让自己“迷”到传统太极拳里，终身收益。</p>
<p><strong>六、“我想快速成为太极拳高手”</strong></p>
<p>古有“太极十年不出门”一说，再快也要等三、五年，而且前提条件是：良师+独特的训练方法+训练时间+悟性+自身素质建议：“慢功出细活”。和平年代，高手也常发愁总用不上。</p>

		<description><![CDATA[我们来接着修习赵堡太极拳。赵堡太极的拳架套路是由易到难，由浅入深编排的，有益于初学者慢慢深入，从初始赵堡太极的运动规律，慢慢调节全身整体发力。今天我们重点来讲一下拳架与用意两方面内容。 赵堡太极拳拳架套路 赵堡太极拳每一式动作都要求全身的整体配合，全身协调一致，上下相随。但从架子的顺序分析，架子的编排表现出由浅到深、由易到难的练习意图。 前面的约二十个式子是偏于练习手、掌、臂及脚的起落，划圈动作较单向。从第二十式开始有拳、捶的动作，转身连环的动作。 从三十八式开始动作的难度有所增大，有踢蹬，二起拍脚，跳换脚，单腿，站立手推蹬脚，单腿支撑翻身的动作，有肘的动作。 从七十一式“跌岔”开始有仆步，旋转，扫腿，金鸡独立震脚等较高难的动作，这种难度较大的动作一直延续到单摆莲，七星下式，双摆莲等式至结束。 这种由易入难，由浅入深的编排能让学者顺序前进，同时适当的重复一些动作，难、易相交，使学者比较易于接受。这种符合学拳规律的编排体现了前辈太极拳家的造诣。 赵堡太极拳对用意的要求 用意不用力是前辈太极拳家总结出来最能反映太极拳特点的一个高要求，赵堡太极拳同样重视用意不用力。赵堡太极拳用意有着特别的内容，一般太极拳要求走架练拳时必须不用拙力，用意识引导动作。 赵堡太极拳除了有这样的内容外，开始练赵堡太极拳的人必须十分注意用心去设想各个式中的用法，每打一式，要明白该式的意义，即明白自己在练拳时，对方从哪个方向。甩什么手法打来，我从哪个方向，用什么手法去应对方，在这里所谓意即是无论对方从那个角度用什么手法、腿法、身法来击，我都能观测到，并有相应的对付办法，这个应付过程为意。不单纯是所谓意到气到，气到劲自到的操作。 赵堡太极拳的用意，是由无到有，由淡到浓，熟练后，特别是到代理架练习时渐渐做到意已完全自然而至，身体随对方突然击来。无意识地良然接应。这时候，意与身体的自觉反映融为一体，是一种随心所欲应物自然的较高境界。随着习练者功力提高，意不再象开始那样强烈了。这是一个意由强到淡，有即有，无即无的高级层次。 总之，赵堡太极拳对用意有独特的要求，初学者按此要求坚持练习，久而久之会登堂入室。 &#160;<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>我们来接着修习赵堡太极拳。赵堡太极的拳架套路是由易到难，由浅入深编排的，有益于初学者慢慢深入，从初始赵堡太极的运动规律，慢慢调节全身整体发力。今天我们重点来讲一下拳架与用意两方面内容。<span id="more-127"></span></p>
<p><strong>赵堡太极拳拳架套路</strong></p>
<p>赵堡太极拳每一式动作都要求全身的整体配合，全身协调一致，上下相随。但从架子的顺序分析，架子的编排表现出由浅到深、由易到难的练习意图。</p>
<p>前面的约二十个式子是偏于练习手、掌、臂及脚的起落，划圈动作较单向。从第二十式开始有拳、捶的动作，转身连环的动作。</p>
<p>从三十八式开始动作的难度有所增大，有踢蹬，二起拍脚，跳换脚，单腿，站立手推蹬脚，单腿支撑翻身的动作，有肘的动作。</p>
<p>从七十一式“跌岔”开始有仆步，旋转，扫腿，金鸡独立震脚等较高难的动作，这种难度较大的动作一直延续到单摆莲，七星下式，双摆莲等式至结束。</p>
<p>这种由易入难，由浅入深的编排能让学者顺序前进，同时适当的重复一些动作，难、易相交，使学者比较易于接受。这种符合学拳规律的编排体现了前辈太极拳家的造诣。</p>
<p><strong>赵堡太极拳对用意的要求</strong></p>
<p>用意不用力是前辈太极拳家总结出来最能反映太极拳特点的一个高要求，赵堡太极拳同样重视用意不用力。赵堡太极拳用意有着特别的内容，一般太极拳要求走架练拳时必须不用拙力，用意识引导动作。</p>
<p>赵堡太极拳除了有这样的内容外，开始练赵堡太极拳的人必须十分注意用心去设想各个式中的用法，每打一式，要明白该式的意义，即明白自己在练拳时，对方从哪个方向。甩什么手法打来，我从哪个方向，用什么手法去应对方，在这里所谓意即是无论对方从那个角度用什么手法、腿法、身法来击，我都能观测到，并有相应的对付办法，这个应付过程为意。不单纯是所谓意到气到，气到劲自到的操作。</p>
<p>赵堡太极拳的用意，是由无到有，由淡到浓，熟练后，特别是到代理架练习时渐渐做到意已完全自然而至，身体随对方突然击来。无意识地良然接应。这时候，意与身体的自觉反映融为一体，是一种随心所欲应物自然的较高境界。随着习练者功力提高，意不再象开始那样强烈了。这是一个意由强到淡，有即有，无即无的高级层次。</p>
<p>总之，赵堡太极拳对用意有独特的要求，初学者按此要求坚持练习，久而久之会登堂入室。</p>
