		<description><![CDATA[大凡初学太极拳者，都会遇到这么几个普遍存在的问题：譬如，学什么拳好?怎么找老师?能不能自学?太极拳对身体的好处到底有多大?是不是练了太极拳就百病不侵了?太极拳到底有多厉害?是否有传说的那么神?怎样使自己成为高手?……等等。下面就给初学者提几个小小的建议。仅供参考! 一、“学什么拳好?” 对于太极拳本身而言，各拳种没有好与坏之分。只有适合不适合自己一说。建议： 初学者先不要盲目的马上着手学，先到处去看看，多观察、多留心，判断一下到 底哪个拳种较适 合自己。要根据自己的身体素质、性格特征来选择。其实选择什 么拳种并不重要，关键是要适合自己。 二、“是不是会的花样越多就证明本事越大?” 初学者一般看到的多数情况是：一些队伍花样繁多，拳、剑、刀、扇一应俱全，就觉得如果自己比别人学的少好象就是一件挺没面子的事。建议：“少而精”“勿贪多”。 三、“是不是我练了太极拳就能百病不侵了?” 太极拳对身体的调节是从内部循序渐进的进行的。它可以增强人体的自身免疫力，并辅助性配合治疗一些慢性疾病。但并不意味着它可以代替药物。更不能指望用太极拳来作为“保护伞”。建议：“科学健身”。减少患病机率，增加机体免疫力。 四、“一时找不到老师，自学能行吗?” 这也是初学者最常遇到的问题，其因素有二： 1、周围确实没有练太极拳的; 2、尤其是年轻人，顾及面子，怕别人说“跟着老头老太太能混出什么来?”。但是自己还想学;还有的觉得“我悟性好，不信我自学不成”，更有甚者就想“如果有一天我一出门，别人一看，哇，多日不见，原来你还有这么一手啊?”顿时虚荣心得到了满足;再加上现在的书和光盘铺天盖地，确实给大家提供了不少方便。 自学不是完全不可能，但同时出偏差的机率也会相应增加。自学最多只能练个外形，而内在的东西还是必须要有老师言传身教的。建议：短暂的自学也未尝不可，但最终还是要找个老师手把手的教。 五、“太极拳到底有多厉害?” 因为现在太极拳队伍当中以老年人居多，给人造成的误区就是“太极拳不就是老年人锻炼身体用的嘛?”其实不然，太极拳本身属于武术范畴，武术的本质就是“技击”。太极拳为内家拳之首，其技击含义更胜一筹。建议：要想亲身体验太极拳的技击奥妙，就让自己“迷”到传统太极拳里，终身收益。 六、“我想快速成为太极拳高手” 古有“太极十年不出门”一说，再快也要等三、五年，而且前提条件是：良师+独特的训练方法+训练时间+悟性+自身素质建议：“慢功出细活”。和平年代，高手也常发愁总用不上。 （来源网络，原作者佚名） &#160;<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

		<description><![CDATA[简单来说，练习太极拳全身都得到锻炼，同时可以增加身体的平衡能力、柔韧性，对呼吸系统也有很大的调节作用。总的来说，太极拳对修炼者身体的好处如下： 太极拳结合了传统导引、吐纳的方法，著重练身、练气、练意三者之间的紧密调协。练习时一方面可锻鍊肌肉，舒筋活络;另一方面又能透过呼吸与动作间的相互配合，对内脏加以按摩锻鍊，达到强身健体的作用。 好处一：增加神经系统的灵敏性 练太极要“心静意定”，练拳时必先令大脑皮层休息(心静)，将协调全身内外器官机能的任务交由中枢神经系统(意定)执行，加强了神经系统的灵敏性。 好处二：畅通经络、血管、淋巴及循环系统 因练太极拳的时间不会太短，故能像一般的带氧运动一样，能使血气运行顺畅。练了若干时间，会察觉有指尖麻软发痹、关节微响、针刺、腹鸣等感觉。根据中国医学理论认为这是经络畅通的反应。透过搂拗屈膝绞转等运动，动脉血管得到适量挤压及放松，能使血液加速运行，增加氧气的供应，也促进了淋巴系统的新陈代谢，加强了个人的抵抗力。 好处三：改进柔韧度、肌力及肌耐力 太极拳多以慢速走圆及弧，配以屈腿半蹲式运动，加上重心交替变换，运行动作又多搂、拗、绞转，使各肌肉的肌力及肌耐力得以提高;再配合多方向及大幅度之活动如下势、蹬脚等式子，能改善各关节的柔韧度。 好处四：提高心肺功能 练太极拳要保持呼吸自然沉实，透过深、长、细、缓、匀的腹式呼吸方法，增加胸腔的容气量及递增了吸氧呼碳的次数，确保气体能充分交换，相对地提高了各器官的获氧量。又因练太极拳时间较长(连打四次二十四式太极拳约需时廿多分钟)，此等带氧性活动能训练及提高心肺功能。 好处五：治疗慢性消化管道疾病 因练拳时各关节、肌肉、骨骼会相互牵引、绞缠、挤压和舒张，内脏又因腹式呼吸(腹实胸实)而产生自我按摩的作用;加上横膈膜的上下升降幅度增大，对肠的蠕动有正面的刺激作用;而练拳时的舌顶上颚，唇齿轻闭能增加唾液的分泌，提高了消化功能。 总之，经过中西方多面的科学化研究证实，长年修习太极拳能对各种慢性病，如：神经衰弱、高血压、心脏病、消化不良、风湿关节炎、糖尿等等有著一定的医疗作用。这是无可推诿的事实! &#160;<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>简单来说，练习太极拳全身都得到锻炼，同时可以增加身体的平衡能力、柔韧性，对呼吸系统也有很大的调节作用。总的来说，太极拳对修炼者身体的好处如下：<span id="more-132"></span></p>
<p>太极拳结合了传统导引、吐纳的方法，著重练身、练气、练意三者之间的紧密调协。练习时一方面可锻鍊肌肉，舒筋活络;另一方面又能透过呼吸与动作间的相互配合，对内脏加以按摩锻鍊，达到强身健体的作用。</p>
<p><strong>好处一：增加神经系统的灵敏性</strong></p>
<p>练太极要“心静意定”，练拳时必先令大脑皮层休息(心静)，将协调全身内外器官机能的任务交由中枢神经系统(意定)执行，加强了神经系统的灵敏性。</p>
<p><strong>好处二：畅通经络、血管、淋巴及循环系统</strong></p>
<p>因练太极拳的时间不会太短，故能像一般的带氧运动一样，能使血气运行顺畅。练了若干时间，会察觉有指尖麻软发痹、关节微响、针刺、腹鸣等感觉。根据中国医学理论认为这是经络畅通的反应。透过搂拗屈膝绞转等运动，动脉血管得到适量挤压及放松，能使血液加速运行，增加氧气的供应，也促进了淋巴系统的新陈代谢，加强了个人的抵抗力。</p>
<p><strong>好处三：改进柔韧度、肌力及肌耐力</strong></p>
<p>太极拳多以慢速走圆及弧，配以屈腿半蹲式运动，加上重心交替变换，运行动作又多搂、拗、绞转，使各肌肉的肌力及肌耐力得以提高;再配合多方向及大幅度之活动如下势、蹬脚等式子，能改善各关节的柔韧度。</p>
<p><strong>好处四：提高心肺功能</strong></p>
<p>练太极拳要保持呼吸自然沉实，透过深、长、细、缓、匀的腹式呼吸方法，增加胸腔的容气量及递增了吸氧呼碳的次数，确保气体能充分交换，相对地提高了各器官的获氧量。又因练太极拳时间较长(连打四次二十四式太极拳约需时廿多分钟)，此等带氧性活动能训练及提高心肺功能。</p>
<p><strong>好处五：治疗慢性消化管道疾病</strong></p>
<p>因练拳时各关节、肌肉、骨骼会相互牵引、绞缠、挤压和舒张，内脏又因腹式呼吸(腹实胸实)而产生自我按摩的作用;加上横膈膜的上下升降幅度增大，对肠的蠕动有正面的刺激作用;而练拳时的舌顶上颚，唇齿轻闭能增加唾液的分泌，提高了消化功能。</p>
<p>总之，经过中西方多面的科学化研究证实，长年修习太极拳能对各种慢性病，如：神经衰弱、高血压、心脏病、消化不良、风湿关节炎、糖尿等等有著一定的医疗作用。这是无可推诿的事实!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[赵堡太极拳除了具有一般太极拳的特点之外，有自己的显著特点，它的练习要求有不同于其它太极拳的要求。弄清这些特点和要求，才能更好地理解和掌握赵堡太极拳要领，从而学好赵堡太极拳。 赵堡太极拳的三种拳架 赵堡太极拳经过历代前辈太极拳家的长时期的传习，总结创编出符合科学道理的拳架套路，这一架式在当时是从技击，搏斗出发创编的。随着身传口授，前辈拳家在教学中因人不同，因学拳的阶段不同，传授不同的高低架子。赵堡太极拳现在传习的架子有三种： 第一种：中架。 赵堡太极拳中架一般教授初学者，中架动作分清，难度适中，初学者易于掌握。 第二种：低架。 也叫盘功架，领落架，这适合青、壮年为提高太极功夫而传授的，低架赵堡太极拳，小腿与大腿形成的角度要成直角，手、臂、脚、腿、腰、胯等身体各部位运转幅度较大，以健身为目的的老年人、病人难以做到，故不宜练低架拳。 第三种：高架。 也称代理架，内功架，这是练技击、技巧、内功功夫的架。它的架子高，各种要求都要在架子上体现出来。由于它架高，在某种程度上说运动量不大，也适应于以健身、养生为目的老年人、病人练习。 练习这三种架子，必须做到外三合，即手与脚合，肘与膝合，肩与胯合。立身中正，一举动手脚齐到，手脚起落的方位必须准确。 低架拳要求大开大合，一切动作要走圆，手、脚、肩、肘、胯、腰、膝以及各个关节，各部位肌肉都要走圆，向前后退无不是圈，有平圈、立圈、斜圈以及各种形状的圈，不可直来直去。 高架即圈由大变小，紧小脱化，在技击上起到小圈克大圈的作用，在练习中架熟习的基础上，可练盘功架，再练高架。也有的青年人一开始就学盘功的低架子。具体学习因人而异。 总之，赵堡太极拳三种架式动作基本一样，功能不一样，学者可以从自己的实际出发和根据老师的要求去选择。<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.9con.org/taiji-easy/120.html" target="_blank">赵堡太极拳</a>除了具有一般太极拳的特点之外，有自己的显著特点，它的练习要求有不同于其它太极拳的要求。弄清这些特点和要求，才能更好地理解和掌握赵堡太极拳要领，从而学好赵堡太极拳。<span id="more-124"></span></p>
<p><strong>赵堡太极拳的三种拳架</strong></p>
<p>赵堡太极拳经过历代前辈太极拳家的长时期的传习，总结创编出符合科学道理的拳架套路，这一架式在当时是从技击，搏斗出发创编的。随着身传口授，前辈拳家在教学中因人不同，因学拳的阶段不同，传授不同的高低架子。赵堡太极拳现在传习的架子有三种：</p>
<p><strong>第一种：中架。</strong></p>
<p>赵堡太极拳中架一般教授初学者，中架动作分清，难度适中，初学者易于掌握。</p>
<p><strong>第二种：低架。</strong></p>
<p>也叫盘功架，领落架，这适合青、壮年为提高太极功夫而传授的，低架赵堡太极拳，小腿与大腿形成的角度要成直角，手、臂、脚、腿、腰、胯等身体各部位运转幅度较大，以健身为目的的老年人、病人难以做到，故不宜练低架拳。</p>
<p><strong>第三种：高架。</strong></p>
<p>也称代理架，内功架，这是练技击、技巧、内功功夫的架。它的架子高，各种要求都要在架子上体现出来。由于它架高，在某种程度上说运动量不大，也适应于以健身、养生为目的老年人、病人练习。</p>
<p>练习这三种架子，必须做到外三合，即手与脚合，肘与膝合，肩与胯合。立身中正，一举动手脚齐到，手脚起落的方位必须准确。</p>
<p>低架拳要求大开大合，一切动作要走圆，手、脚、肩、肘、胯、腰、膝以及各个关节，各部位肌肉都要走圆，向前后退无不是圈，有平圈、立圈、斜圈以及各种形状的圈，不可直来直去。</p>
<p>高架即圈由大变小，紧小脱化，在技击上起到小圈克大圈的作用，在练习中架熟习的基础上，可练盘功架，再练高架。也有的青年人一开始就学盘功的低架子。具体学习因人而异。</p>
<p>总之，赵堡太极拳三种架式动作基本一样，功能不一样，学者可以从自己的实际出发和根据老师的要求去选择。</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>2月8日，温江区寿安镇启动“幸福温江、健康寿安、全民太极”健康运动，启动仪式现场，寿安镇岷江村百余名村民身着武术装，分别展示了太极拳、太极剑和太极扇。并在仪式上提出在5年内争创“中国太极之乡”。<span id="more-112"></span></p>
<p>据悉，寿安镇岷江村从去年底组织村民参与太极拳训练，两个多月来已经从最初的10多人扩大到近百人。以岷江村为试点，寿安镇提出在全镇推广太极运动，预计2015年基本达到 “全民太极”的目标，逐步推广太极剑、太极刀、太极空手道、太极功夫扇等，使“全民健身、推广太极”的理念日益深入人心。</p>
<p>“全民太极”将成为温江区2012年“全民健康计划”的新起点。按照2011年7月15日温江区发布的首个 “全民健康计划”，温江区在按照建设生态田园型现代化新区的定位，逐步建立与全区经济社会发展水平相适应，与群众不断增长的健康需求相适应的全民健康服务体系，完善共创共享的全民健康运行体制，打造 “健康新城”。</p>
